Post 21 Transition information night (Virtual)

My name is Candice Daiken, and I am part of the Transitions Team at the Regional Assessment and Resource Centre (RARC) in Kingston, Ontario. For over 20 years, RARC has been dedicated to promoting equity and access in post-secondary education for students with neurodevelopmental disorders. We offer evidence-based services and support to both students and educators across Ontario and all of our programs and resources are free.

Our programs are designed to help students with disabilities (including learning disabilities (LD), ADHD, ASD, mental health) successfully transition to post-secondary education and beyond. While we are housed at Queen’s University, we are funded directly by the Ministry of Colleges and Universities to help students across the province, who are attending any college or university in Ontario.

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming virtual Post-Secondary Transition Information Night designed for Grade 11 and 12 students with LD, ADHD, ASD, and mental health disorders. This event will provide valuable information to help plan and prepare for the transition from high school to post-secondary education.
